They came out the next day, arrived on time, and called to let me know they were on their way. Russ was friendly, and had a nice positive attitude. Got to work right away. The person who answered the phone was personable and made an appointment for just a few days later, and gladly worked around our schedule. The young man, Connor, arrived on time just after noon. He was professional and friendly. His efficient and thorough work was done in an hour and half. (3 bedrooms, LR, DR, hall and basement steps) We were surprised how quickly it dried - within 24 hours! My 85 year old mother hired this company to clean her carpets. She was left with giant stains in the main walking area of her living room. Pro-Steam did return to try and "fix"…My 85 year old mother hired this company to clean her carpets. She was left with giant stains in the main walking area of her living room. Pro-Steam did return to try and "fix" what they did but the damage was done. Not only will they not replace her carpet but they wouldn't even refund the money she paid for them to damage it. Then she was ghosted by Don. She is 85 years old and on a fixed budget. These stains are over a foot long and much darker in person. Terrible service and worse customer service. Read more

Neither introduced themselves and weren’t wearing uniforms, But greeted me at the door with “you, wanted your carpets cleaned?” There was absolutely…The employees were pleasant. Neither introduced themselves and weren’t wearing uniforms, But greeted me at the door with “you, wanted your carpets cleaned?” There was absolutely no pressure to upsell and they were perfectly polite. My carpets look good. The work was done very quickly. I did not receive any verbal instructions as to how long it would take to dry or whether we should walk on it or not.
