He was professional and friendly. His efficient and thorough work was done in an hour and half. (3 bedrooms, LR, DR, hall and basement steps) We were surprised how quickly it dried - within 24 hours! Pro-Steam did return to try and "fix"…My 85 year old mother hired this company to clean her carpets. She was left with giant stains in the main walking area of her living room. Pro-Steam did return to try and "fix" what they did but the damage was done. Not only will they not replace her carpet but they wouldn't even refund the money she paid for them to damage it. Then she was ghosted by Don. She is 85 years old and on a fixed budget. These stains are over a foot long and much darker in person. Terrible service and worse customer service.Read more
